My entry for

The purpose of the contest is to make an evolution for his Oceausky.
I chose to include ice on the evolutions body because of "Frousky" 's water/ice typing. The yellow spots on it's body generates the ice.
I tried to make the evolution very similar to oceausky to make the evolution look believeable.
